Lindsay Pennino, founder of L Skincare Spa brings over 17 years of experience as a licensed aesthetician specializing in custom facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and laser to meet her client’s needs. Lindsay received her license and training in aesthetics from Karche Trade School in 2001. After completing a year of certified training, she opened her first shop in Carefree, Arizona and has remained a local favorite since. In 2014, Lindsay expanded her knowledge of skincare by receiving advanced training in laser at the National Laser Institute and has been performing laser hair removal and laser facials for four years. Lindsay’s experience combined with her husband Chris Pennino’s business acumen makes L Skincare a “complete skincare boutique”.

Barbara Passaretti, certified nurse master trainer, has more than 30 years nursing experience and is a speaker and consultant in medical aesthetics. Barbara has advanced training and certification in dermal fillers, neurotoxins, laser skin resurfacing, photo-facials, facial rejuvenation, and laser hair removal. She has established a loyal following of clients due to her excellent standard of patient care and high levels of customer satisfaction. She is highly skilled and experienced in injectable procedures including Botox, Dysport, Restylane, Perlane, Juvederm, Radiesse, Sculptra, and Bellafill. She conducts injector training for both physicians and nurses and continues to stay abreast of the latest technologies and procedures.
